He was born May 3, 1972 to Jose Luis Carde and Eloisa Lucila Freiria. He is survived by his beloved daughters Marisa Little-Carde and Isabella Carde; his brothers and sister, Jose Carde, Carlos Carde, and Gretchen Carde.
